air-con works like a compresor,the basin licking and the floor is dusty.The hotel is smell with smoke........what a bad experience,when I responde to the staff seems to be the licking of the basin is our fault.

It was still open when we arrived later than expected due to heavy traffic in KL.

The room was windowless, had a musty smell and the bathroom ceiling was black with mold.

Wi-Fi, electronic key of door was nice

They did not accept the credit card and request us to pay cash, which I did for three night i.e. on 20-22 September 2010.

Very bad location, not clean and not recommended to any guest at all. I booked for 3 nights but only stayed for one night.

Its a budget hotel and they supply enough toileteries.

It is not clean and alot of cigarette smell.

It's located in a quiet neighbourhood without the city noises and distractions.

The toilet bowl in my room did not flush well. It was choked on my first day of stay. A baby cockroach was found dead in my room. There's no mini fridge as well.

We were pleasantly surprised that we were given more towels and toiletries even without our mentioning this to them. They were also quite accommodating when we were checking in. We didn't have enough funds at the time to pay the full amount required but they allowed us to pay the balance within the next day.

I do believe they need to take care of the furnishings better and improve in maintenance - the wall paper was peeling and the toilet was stuck. However, they fixed it later.

Reasonable Price.

Very Very small rooms, noisy, not good smell, far from services and suit only singles who do not mind comfort.

At night if something was crawling on you don't worry that's cockroach
